1. Appointment Time & Grace Period

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not communicated with us, your appointment may be

• cancelled and considered a no-show.

• No-show appointments may result in a fee or future booking restrictions.

2. Travel Appointments

For on-location services:

• Once travel to your location has begun, the appointment becomes non-refundable, regardless of changes or cancellations.

• Please ensure your address is accurate and you are available at the agreed-upon time.

3. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Health & Hygiene

Clients exhibiting symptoms of illness (cold, flu, COVID-19, etc.) are asked to reschedule their appointment.

• We prioritize hygiene and use sanitized tools and products for each client.

6. Payments

Final payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, Zelle, etc.].
